Muybridge’s studies of physique, motion, and form opened up new vistas in photographic technique and analysis. Having his 11 volumes in one combined collection is a wonderful addition to the library of any photography enthusiast. Luckily, Dover Publications issued this in 1979. Dover normally prints low quality versions, with underpowered paper, typesetting, commentary etc. Somehow this slipped through, and they achieved real quality. They probably fired the team that worked on it, for nothing like it has been issued since by them.

Condition: Like New
